About 5 minutes. Pick a template for your industry, paste your FAQ or upload a file (PDF, Word, Excel or CSV), customize the colors, copy the embed snippet onto your site. That's it — no model training, no infrastructure, no developer needed.

No. The hardest thing you'll do is paste one HTML snippet onto your site. WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, custom HTML — anywhere you can paste a script tag works.

A unit of usage. One credit roughly covers one chat reply on the lightest tier. Costs scale with the tier you pick: Simple = 1 credit/reply, Smart = 2, Advanced = 4, Ultra = 8. You set a default tier per chatbot — your monthly credit budget is the only ceiling, and you can spend it however your traffic needs.

Yes. Cancel from the dashboard. You keep access until the end of your billing period, then your account drops back to the free tier. Your data stays.

Your chatbot shows an "offline" message and stops answering. On paid plans, credits refill at the start of each billing period. On the free trial, the 50 credits are one-time (no renewal) — upgrade anytime to instantly get more.

Once you activate a paid plan, the service starts immediately and your 14-day right of withdrawal ends — that's how digital services work under EU consumer law. As a goodwill policy, if within 14 days of purchase you've used less than 10% of your credits and you reach out in good faith, we may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion. No. Your knowledge base, your conversations, your settings — none of it gets sent into model training. The AI providers we route through don't train on API traffic by default either.

Yes. One click in Settings → Danger zone wipes everything — your account, your chatbots, every conversation, every lead. No hidden archive, no backups beyond the 30-day window we keep for billing reconciliation.
